Our Emergency Response Approach

Same-day triage. Same-day stabilization.

When something fails at home, the first priority is stopping the damage and restoring safety. We assess urgency by phone, confirm what we can address on the first visit, and get on-site the same day when the situation requires it.

Portland homes have specific failure patterns tied to age, climate, and building era. We know what to look for and when to escalate to a specialist trade instead of improvising a temporary fix.

Common Questions

Emergency Repairs FAQ

01What counts as an emergency repair?

Active water leaks, failed water heaters, burst pipes, gas line concerns, electrical hazards, and structural failures that pose immediate safety or property damage risk.

02How fast can you respond to an emergency?

We aim for same-day response for critical failures during business hours. Scheduling depends on current crew availability and the severity of the situation.

03Can emergency work transition into a full repair project?

Yes. We stabilize the issue first, then scope and price permanent repairs as a separate phase. You approve the follow-on work before it starts.

04What should I do while waiting for the repair crew?

Shut off water at the main valve for active leaks. Turn off the circuit breaker for electrical issues. Move valuables away from the affected area. Document damage with photos for your records.

05Will you help with insurance documentation?

We provide photos, scope descriptions, and repair documentation that support insurance claims. We do not file claims on your behalf or negotiate with adjusters.
