• Custom design-build projects

All construction services are performed under OR CCB #251405 and in compliance with local building codes and regulations.

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the website:

These Terms of Service do not replace or supersede any signed project contracts. In case of any conflict between these Terms and a signed project contract, the project contract shall prevail.

• A deposit may be required to secure your project start date

• Final payment is due upon project completion and your satisfaction
• We accept various forms of payment as specified in your contract
• Late payments may be subject to interest charges as allowed by Oregon law

H&C Design-Build LLC provides warranties on our workmanship as specified in individual project contracts. We also pass through all applicable manufacturer warranties on materials and products.
