Every joint, cut, and connection we make is backed for 12 months from substantial completion. If our work fails, we fix it at no cost to you.

Responsive Claim Process

Report a defect in writing or by email within 30 days of discovery. We schedule an inspection, confirm the issue, and handle the repair.

What the Warranty Covers

  • Covers all workmanship performed by our crews under the original contract scope
  • Repair or replacement at our discretion for valid claims
  • Does not cover owner-supplied materials, normal wear, or unauthorized modifications
  • Manufacturer warranties on products and materials remain separate and are passed through to you
