Our Repair Approach

Contractor-grade repairs. Right-sized scope.

Most handyman calls turn into guesswork about what is included and what is not. We define repair scope and pricing before work starts so you know exactly what you are getting and where the boundaries are.

If something falls outside our scope or needs a specialist trade, we tell you upfront and recommend next steps instead of improvising on-site.

Common Questions

Home Repairs & Handyman FAQ

01What types of repairs do you handle?

We handle door and hardware fixes, drywall patching, trim repair, fixture replacement, minor plumbing, and general maintenance items that fit a single-visit or short-schedule workflow.

02Can small repairs lead into larger remodel planning?

Yes. If we find issues beyond the repair scope, we document them and provide a recommendation. Many clients start with repairs and move into kitchen, bathroom, or whole-home projects.

03How do you price handyman work?

We price by scope, not by the hour. You get a flat cost for the defined repair list before work starts. Discovered issues are priced separately and approved before we proceed.

04Is there a minimum project size?

We group small items into bundled repair visits to keep scheduling efficient. A typical minimum is a half-day repair scope, which covers 3 to 6 small items.

05Do handyman repairs require permits?

Most cosmetic and minor repairs do not require permits. If we identify work that triggers permit requirements, we flag it before proceeding.
