Scope 01Completed PLA land-use planning, survey, and permitting to create a new buildable lot from the side yard.
Scope 02Negotiated a sewer easement across an adjacent parcel and bored a new sewer line to serve the new lot.
Scope 03Installed a new electrical panel and mast to meet current code and support higher electrical demand.
Scope 04Removed half of the existing garage, rebuilt framing and siding on the remaining section, and painted to match the home.
Scope 05Installed new quartz countertops and tile backsplash as part of the interior updates.
Scope 06Installation of new good neighbor fencing to define property boundaries and provide privacy while maintaining positive neighbor relations.
